How Personalise Par handles personal information. Last updated 26 August 2026.
We collect what we need to take an order, personalise it, deliver it, take payment and answer you. We do not sell mailing lists.
What we collect
- Name, email, phone and delivery address entered at checkout or on the contact form.
- Artwork files, names and initials you ask us to print, stitch or engrave.
- Order history, invoices and shipping details.
- Payment status from Stripe. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored by us.
- Essential cookies for the cart, checkout and cookie notice. See the cookie notice.
Why we collect it
To perform the contract, to meet Australian Consumer Law and tax record-keeping, and to contact you if artwork or delivery needs a decision. We will not send marketing mail unless you ask for it.
Who we share it with
Payment processors (Stripe, and PayPal where used), carriers for delivery, and professional advisers if required by law.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, or correction of, personal information we hold. Email privacy@personalisepar.com. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
