Terms of sale

By placing an order you enter a contract with Personalise Par, operating from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Guest checkout is offered. You do not need an account.

Orders and personalisation

Each order is made to your specification. Artwork, names, initials, colours and sizes you confirm at checkout are the specification. Work starts the next business day after payment is received, or the same day for orders paid before 2pm AEST on a business day.

You are responsible for spelling, logos and rights in any file you upload. We may refuse artwork that is unlawful, defamatory, or that we reasonably believe infringes someone else’s rights.

Prices and GST

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The amount shown at checkout is the contract price.

Payment

Payment is taken through Stripe. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal where those methods are enabled. We do not store full card numbers. Title passes when payment clears.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are on the shipping page. Risk passes when the carrier collects the parcel.

Cancellation and faults

Personalised goods cannot be resold. Change of mind returns are not available once work has started. If you write to orders@personalisepar.com before work begins we will cancel and refund in full.

If we mark something other than the specification you approved, or the goods are faulty, we redo the order at our cost. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
